The Vacancy
We are looking for an inspirational leader to join us, someone who can provide strategic leadership to our customer hub, general needs housing and lettings teams, ensuring that our customers get the best possible customer experience from point of enquiry to final resolution.
With substantial experience in a senior management customer service or housing role, you will have the ability to manage hybrid teams in a multi-channel environment. Experience of implementing customer service technologies to reduce digital exclusion and avoidable demand is preferable.
First class communication skills and the ability to deal with customers with sensitivity and empathy are a must, as is your leadership and coaching style which must be motivating, inspiring and encourages agile decision making within teams.
