The Vacancy
We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Asset Strategy and Investment team on a temporary basis until the end of December 2025.
You will be responsible for the effective running of a high-quality office administration service, including, scanning, filing, minute taking, mail merging, typing and word processing, from audio or copy material using appropriate technology.
The ideal candidate will be:
A positive and passionate individual who is self-motivated and uses own initiative.
Someone who can see projects through and recognises attention to detail.
An effective time manager who can react quickly to changing demands and conditions.
Team player who enjoys working with others.
We are currently running a temporary 4-day week pilot. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to opt in or out of the pilot. Read the attached leaflet to find out more about what the pilot looks like for us.
